Trivia[]
- This powerup, is not granted when the player presses F5 in cheat mode. A function that does the same is triggered instead. This can be noted by the different messages (F5: "Instant repair", 9: "Instant repair!"). The same happens with timer frozen.
- In Carmageddon II if this powerup is collected when the vehicle is highly crushed, the car will be fixed, but the shadow will still show the deformities. This can be fixed if the player presses the flap doors key.
- This powerup actually has an icon assigned to it in the Funsize.
- In Carmageddon (Mobile) , Instant Repair is renamed to Auto Repair. In addition, repairing is done faster.
