The Turbo Pedestrians powerup makes all peds in the level move faster. This includes all movements, from screaming to running. This makes their reactions a lot faster, which means that the precious time they spend standing still before running away is reduced. Regardless, their voices are still at regular speed.
Carmageddon[]
To obtain it with cheats, press 6 when in cheat mode or type FUNNYJAM.
In Carmageddon (original port), pedestrian sprites animation increases in speed. In the Funsize however, that's not the case.
